This ride leaves from the ball fields in South Bellingham and is tailored to be an interval ride with some steep hard hills. It is designed to overload your system to setup your body to over compensate and build fitness. We will separate during the climb but regroup at the top of each hill so this is a NO DROP ride. Contact me to let me know you are coming
